Postmates Serve Microsite

Postmates approached Jam3 in 2019 to help them introduce a new member of their team to the world: Serve, a delivery robot that would soon be navigating the streets of San Francisco, bringing food to their cherished customers.

As Executive Producer on the project, I collaborated closely with our CD, UX, tech and production teams to deliver a story-driven approach for a product education microsite, involving 3D models of Serve, an innovative navigation system and map, emulating a typical food delivery journey for Serve.

Hotspots with dig deeper moments on the 3D model allowed us to impart both its competencies and demeanor, so viewers could learn more about how it understood and navigated the world.
