Microsoft, THHM & Ice-T FlowScholar

During my time at A_DA as Managing Director, Microsoft and The Hip Hop Museum approached us to help them create a lyric collaboration experience in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Hip Hop.

What came out of it was FlowScholar - a lyric creation and Hip Hop education tool that leverages Microsoft Co-pilot AI and user inputs to make completely unique rhymes.

In August 2023, Microsoft and THHM invited young creatives to The Microsoft Garage in NYC to experiment with FlowScholar alongside Ice-T.

Students hit a creative flow writing their own lyrics with the help of FlowScholar, imagining how their rhymes could come to life visually with AI in Microsoft Copilot, and ultimately performing their rap songs on the mic.
