Lululemon Seek Curiosity

While Executive Producer at Jam3, Lululemon and Facebook partnered and asked us to create a playful experience that blended digital and physical worlds to celebrate Lululemon’s 20th anniversary. We incorporated their manifesto into what became the Seek Curiosity party booth at their annual SeaWheeze event in Vancouver.

We had massive lineups all day, and thousands of people loved coming in for a reprieve from the rain to relax and enjoy a fun interactive space. Event goers could adjust the lighting in the room via their phones with a Facebook AR effect, which incorporated facial gesture-based playful animations themed to the Lulu manifesto, which helped them get the perfect selfie as a takeaway. It was also the first time a Facebook AR effect was used to control a physical space.
